Consultation Services Cancellation

For scheduled travel planning consultations, the following cancellation terms apply:

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled consultation: Full refund
  • Cancellations made 24-48 hours before the consultation: 50% refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the consultation: No refund
  • No-shows without prior notice: No refund

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that plans change. You may reschedule your consultation appointment:

  • Free rescheduling if requested 48 hours or more in advance
  • One free rescheduling per booking
  • Additional rescheduling requests may incur a fee
  • Rescheduling must be done within 90 days of original booking

Service Package Refunds

For multi-session consultation packages:

  • Unused sessions may be refunded within 30 days of purchase
  • Refund amount is prorated based on completed sessions
  • A processing fee may apply to package refunds
  • Packages expire 12 months from purchase date

Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to providing high-quality travel planning consultation services. If you are not satisfied with your consultation:

  • Contact us within 7 days of your consultation
  • Explain your concerns in detail
  • We will work to address your concerns or offer a partial refund
  • Decisions are made on a case-by-case basis

Refund Process

To request a refund or cancellation:

  • Provide your reason for cancellation or refund request
  • We will review your request within 2 business days
  • Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed consultation sessions
  • Custom itineraries that have been delivered
  • Research reports that have been provided
  • Third-party bookings made on your behalf
  • Services used beyond the refund eligibility period

Force Majeure

In cases of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions, we will work with you to reschedule consultations or provide alternative solutions. Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation by Consultant

If we need to cancel your consultation:

  • We will notify you as soon as possible
  • You will receive a full refund or free rescheduling
  • We will offer alternative consultation times
  • Priority scheduling for rescheduled appointments

Disputes and Complaints

If you have a dispute regarding a refund or cancellation:
